For participating hospitals in IDOPWEB.COM, we collect information about the hospital and de-identified data from the hospital.

Information is confidential and used to create reports for the participating hospital to utilize. Aggregate data from all participating hospitals is used to create benchmarking data.
Note: The information from responses submitted to this questionnaire will not be shared with Ortho-McNeil Janssen Scientific Affairs; however, the infectious disease data will be shared, in aggregate from only, with OMJSA.
